I did a little research on the web to find what other blogs talk about QlikView out there.
Official Blogs
I did find some “official” blogs from QlikTech, but I must say I wasn’t impressed. It seems that the blog strategy at QlikTech is not their strongest point. A few blogs, but with little no posts and some specific blogs for very limited events. Definitely something has to be reviewed there.
Non-official Blogs
These are blogs that are run by users or fans or partners. Where available I disclosed the information on whether the blog is run by a QlikView Partner or (ex-)employee. The disclosure is only there for transparency reasons.
Most of these blogs are also featured on the initial page of the QlikCommunity.
- QlikView Maven – http://qlikviewmaven.blogspot.com
Tim Benoit runs this blog. It contains a lot of interesting articles with clear examples. I certainly spent a few hours on his blog.
Disclosure: Tim works for Terra Technology, a QlikView partner
- Gilles Spol and William van Lith are the authors of this blog. The blog contains some good and useful tutorials as well as intersting news on QlikView/QlikTech.
Disclosure: Gilles and William work for IT-eye, a QlikView partner - And Points Beyond – http://andpointsbeyond.com
Jay Jakosky is the author of this blog. Jay’s blog is less technical and more “business oriented” and that’s what I like about it. Disclosure: Jay used to work for QlikTech. - Michael Ellerbeck – http://michaelellerbeck.com
Personal blog of Michael Ellerbeck with some very nice QlikView articles. - Tales from a Qlikview Idiot – http://qlikviewidiot.blogspot.com
An excellent title (prioves the author has a good sense of humour). Michael started well, but we are waiting for the followup to his initial posts. Come on Michael, get back and write something!
I will add have added all the above blogs to our blog roll, I hope they will appreciate and be kind enough to exchange the courtesy
