QlikTech registers for IPO. Wants to raise 100$ million.

Unless it’s an April’s fool, QlikTech has filed a registration statement with SEC for Initial Public Offering (IPO).

Qlik Technologies Inc. (“QlikTech”), a provider of business intelligence software, today announced that it has filed a registration statement on Form S-1 with the Securities and Exchange Commission relating to a proposed initial public offering of its common stock. The shares in the offering will be offered by QlikTech and certain selling stockholders. The number of shares to be offered and the price range for the offering have not been determined.

According to an article on the Seattle Times QlikTech is looking to raise 100$ million.

For all those of you familiar with QlikView this shouldn’t be a surprise. We are really happy to see this announcement as we wish all the best to QlikTech for the upcoming IPO, we will be certainly following future news on this subject.
