According to the QlikTech SEC filing of yesterday Qliktech will be offering 11,200,000 shares of its common stock during its IPO.
The price range mentioned in the filing is between $8.5 and $9.5. With an average price of $9 QlikTech expects net proceeds to be at around $90 million.
The date of the IPO for QlikTech is not yet known (at least not to us), if anyone hears anything, we’d love to know…
